Hellooo Bloggers,

Right now i'm sitting in a cafe near my working place, its called Cafe Moka. I just had a Homemade Fettuccine Carbonara which turned out to be suuuper deli and big in portion!
Look at how creamy that dish is, and that egg yolk in the middle,
just pop it with your fork and yummmmmm...

I've been wanting to pay a visit here as I pass by every single of my working day, and finally got the chance for it. This place does actually feel very cozy especially at this certain hour, 5ish, where many people have finished their 9 to 5 duties. And I am one of themmm!! Well, not quite.

Wait! Did I just say working??

Well, that was a bit of an exaggeration.
Actually, I'm not 'yet' of of them. And I'm not 'working'.
But a training.
Its just a 6-month training which is very mandatory as I'm doing my degree in hospitality.
By now, I just need another 3 months, and yayyy I'll be a free woman!!

Okay, incase you're wondering what my background is, I would be more than happy to introduce myself. ;)

Call me Sarah.
Not a girl not yet a woman. hahah! Sorry Britney i just stole your line.
Currently living in the island of paradise, Bali, in Indonesia.
Was born in the island itself years back, but not even a percent coming from a Balinese descent.
I'm a mixture of Javanese and Sulawesinese, and some hints of Chinese.
Confused? yeah, me either.

2 years ago, I signed myself up for a hospitality degree in Switzerland.
And yeah, now I'm doing my second training back home. In a big, bold and beautiful resort, Bulgari Hotels & Resorts Bali, which is located on top of a cliff in Uluwatu, overlooking the Indian Ocean.
Trust me, it's a view to die for! It is!!!! Especially when you get the chance to have a breakfast there. You're definitely gonna have this jaw-dropping moment!

Lemme discuss my training experience in the next few upcoming posts, as I have to go nowww.. :)

Oh, and thank God I'm off from work tomorrow!!

Cheers,
Sarah
